Ever experienced those Fridays when the elusive 'Feel-Good' button seems out of reach? I've been there too.
Navigating through unfinished projects and the quirks of friends and family can throw a wrench into our quest for a great end to the week. But fear not, there's a path to that feel-good place.
For me, the day and the week never end on a high note unless I practice meditation or gratitude. Admittedly, making time for it is a challenge, but I've found a consistent practice with the Positive Intelligence (PQ) program works wonders.
By dedicating just 3 minutes or less to short meditations in the PQ app and embracing the PQ methodology, I've experienced a clear-mindedness that helps me recognize when I'm overthinking. It's been a game-changer, especially in not overreacting to my kids breaking stuff (boys break so much stuff!), and it's unleashed a wave of creativity (check out my Instagram).
I started this practice during my days in Ad-tech, and when I introduced it to my team, the gratitude was palpable. A 2-minute body scan at the start of a meeting provided the whole team with a chance to internally reset. It's a bit tougher to do alone.
So, I invite you to step into the arena—take the PQ assessment to uncover the saboteurs that might be holding you back. Let's chat about picking up a practice that resonates with you.
Curious to know what saboteurs are giving you trouble? Take the PQ assessment now.
Let's embark on this journey together—assess, identify, and let's chat about cultivating a practice that brings positivity into your life. Your feel-good Friday awaits!
I love how you share and meet your own daily struggles (raising two boys!) and that you showed us your own PQ practice data - inspiring!
