Here’s a simple yet effective recipe for focus:
3 minutes of breath work
5 minutes of guided meditation

How to Combine These Ingredients:
Here's how I integrate these steps into my routine:
Breath Work: I start by stretching out and doing some deep breathing exercises on my yoga mat, often referred to as the “Breath of Joy.” This helps to energize and center my mind.
Guided Meditation: Next, I use my PQ app to guide me through a 5-minute meditation session. The guided reps help to clear my mind and sharpen my focus.
Silence: Finally, I sit silently for at least 5 minutes. This period of silence allows my mind to settle and enhances my ability to concentrate.
By consistently practicing this routine, your brain will begin to auto-stabilize towards focus, making it easier to concentrate on tasks without external aids.
